A temple devoted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to authoritatively open in his home province of Gujarat on Sunday.
The temple, supported by 300 admirers is situated in a town 130 miles from Ahmedabad.

“He resembles a God for us and we have been venerating him for 10 years. We need a temple for him in all towns in Gujarat,” said Ramesh Undhad, who has headed the undertaking to gather finances and build the temple, which incorporates a symbol of the 64-year-old Prime Minister.
The temple took a whole year and seven lakh Rupees to build it. The statue of the PM itself costs around two lakhs, said Mr Unhad, (a former local councilor.)
Mr Modi cleared the national election a year ago; yesterday, the BJP sufferes its first major setback from that point forward when it was trounced in the Delhi race.
The Om Trust that represents the temple says it expects huge Crowd when the temple opens to the general population on Sunday.
