Congress President Rahul Gandhi has said that the elections have ended over half and it is clear that Narendra Modi is losing the election. Rahul said that even from the Election Commission, it is not untouched but whatever the Commission does, the people of India have made up their mind. Rahul said that the commission should fulfill its responsibility.
